From Perth, by way of Thailand.
Chittera is Australian owned and packed in Perth, Western Australia. The crickets are farmed in Thailand, roasted whole, and milled into a single-ingredient powder. Nothing is added along the way.
We started from a simple question: what would a protein powder look like if it were just food? The answer turned out to be one ingredient, and a very short process.

Acheta domesticus, raised on dedicated farms in Thailand.

Roasted
Roasted whole. No solvents, no isolates, no processing aids.

Milled
Milled to a fine, mild powder. That is the entire recipe.

Analysed by an accredited laboratory, then packed for Chittera in Perth, Western Australia.
