Shipping policy
We dispatch from Western Australia and ship to addresses within Australia.
Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown in full before you pay. There are no charges added after that point.
Prices and shipping are in Australian dollars.
Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched on business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are dispatched the next business day.
We will email you when your order is on its way.
Delivery times
Delivery estimates are given in good faith and are not guarantees. Once a parcel is accepted by the carrier, transit time is in their hands, and deliveries outside metropolitan areas usually take longer.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Addresses
Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. We dispatch to the address given at the time of order, and we cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the carrier.
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you. You can have it resent at your cost, or refunded less the original shipping.
If something goes wrong
If tracking shows delivered and you do not have the parcel, or it arrives damaged, email nixon.dindial@chittera.com. We will trace it with the carrier and, if it cannot be recovered, replace or refund the order. Our Refund and Returns Policy covers what happens next.
